Build the tools behind our leasing and operations. You will work on the systems that answer prospects in seconds, route leads to the right people and show owners how their buildings are performing.
What you will do
- Build and maintain internal web apps and dashboards for leasing and property teams
- Develop AI-assisted lead response, follow-up and reporting, with people kept in the loop
- Connect property management, CRM and listing platforms through their APIs
- Turn leasing data into clear reports on speed-to-lead, tours and conversions
What you will bring
- Three or more years of professional software development
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript, or Python, plus SQL
- Experience with APIs, integrations and cloud hosting
- Hands-on work with AI or LLM tools is a strong asset; real estate experience is a plus
Leasing ManagerLeasing · Greater Toronto Area, on site · Full-time
Lead the leasing team for a purpose-built rental community in lease-up. You own the plan to reach stabilization on time and at or above pro forma rents.
What you will do
- Lead, coach and schedule a team of leasing consultants
- Own absorption and rent targets, and report weekly to owners
- Manage the funnel from inquiry to tour to signed lease
- Recommend pricing and incentives, and run a smooth move-in process
What you will bring
- Three or more years in multifamily leasing, including at least one year leading a team
- Lease-up or new building experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act
- Comfort with CRM and property management software, and a data-first approach

Be the first person prospective residents meet. You will turn inquiries into tours and tours into signed leases, and help new residents settle in. We are hiring two consultants for this role.
What you will do
- Respond quickly to inquiries by phone, email, text and chat
- Lead in-person and virtual tours of suites and amenities
- Guide applicants through applications, screening and lease signing
- Coordinate move-ins and follow up to keep every lead moving
What you will bring
- One or more years in leasing, sales, hospitality or another customer-facing role
- Clear, friendly communication and steady follow-through
- Comfort with CRM tools and a smartphone-first workday
- Availability for some evenings and weekends
